Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) 59jl account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited. 59jl employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts are subject to immediate suspension, and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required by 59jl. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 59jl login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 59jl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 59jl's customer support immediately and change your password.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 59jl is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., SSS, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification. 59jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
59jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Philippine-approved payment channels including, but not limited to: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change. 59jl accepts and distributes funds exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. 59jl reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification, compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements, and AML review. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on receiving bank processing schedules. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and banking instruments registered in your own name. Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits made to your 59jl account while retaining the benefit of those funds constitutes fraud. 59jl will pursue recovery of fraudulently disputed funds through all legal means available and will report such conduct to relevant Philippine authorities.
Bonuses, promotions, and free credits offered by 59jl are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the offer is made and form part of the overall agreement between 59jl and the player.
59jl prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using collusion or third-party tools to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any other conduct that 59jl determines to be exploiting its promotional programs in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. 59jl reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts, where promotional abuse is detected.
59jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable, have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements, and cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit.
All game outcomes on the 59jl Platform are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) for software-based games, or by live dealer operations streamed from certified third-party studios for live dealer games. Game results are final once a round has concluded and confirmed by the system. 59jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a verified technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round — such as a disconnection mid-round, game software error, or data transmission failure — 59jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the player's stake to their account. 59jl's decision on any technical malfunction dispute is final.
For live dealer games, if a player is disconnected after a bet has been placed and accepted, the game round will continue and any resulting win or loss will be credited or deducted from the player's account accordingly. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when participating in live dealer games.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 59jl's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
59jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 59jl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 59jl complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
59jl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, game software providers, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
59jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice. Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure or closure not related to a breach, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to completion of all required verification steps.
